Keep your hands on the keyboard, from the first file to the final save.
Read the keys
⌘ means Command, ⇧ means Shift, ⌥ means Option and ⌃ means Control. Hold the modifier keys and press the final key once.

Toggle Theme cycles Light, Dark, then System.
These are Mac app shortcuts.
If a shortcut does not work
Make sure editmd is the active app and the expected field has focus. Check its native menu for the command. Keyboard layout, macOS settings or another utility may affect a shortcut; the menu remains another way to perform the action.
